Training and Consultation for Therapists

In addition to my clinical work, I have spent more than a decade training therapists, treatment programs, and mental health organizations across the country. My work as an educator has included national certification trainings, conference presentations, agency consultations, and intensive staff development programs focused on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment wounds, developmental trauma, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

My training style combines clinical depth with practical application. I strive to make complex concepts accessible, engaging, and immediately useful in the therapy room. Whether teaching therapists how to navigate challenging clinical situations, understand attachment dynamics, or work more effectively with trauma, my goal is to help clinicians feel more confident, effective, and grounded in their work.

Today, my teaching is increasingly focused on attachment wounds, developmental trauma, and the mother wound—helping therapists understand how early relational experiences shape the symptoms, relationship patterns, and protective strategies clients bring into treatment.

I provide bespoke trainings for facilities, private practices, and organizations.
